The Level 6 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice (Ofqual regulated) is designed for experienced practitioners looking to enhance their clinical skills, safety awareness, and treatment outcomes.

This qualification builds on Level 5 knowledge and introduces more advanced procedures such as skin boosters, mesotherapy, and advanced skin treatments, while reinforcing professional standards and patient safety.

You will complete this qualification through ProQual, a recognised awarding body known for delivering high-standard, industry-relevant certifications.

Qualification & Units

ProQual Level 6 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice

Mandatory Units:

• Infection Control and Prevention for Cosmetic, Aesthetic and Needle-Related Treatments
• Professional Practice for Aesthetic Practitioners
• Anatomy and Physiology for Advanced Aesthetic Practice

Practical / Specialist Units (Minimum Selection):

• Principles and Practice of Microneedling Treatments
• Principles and Practice of Chemical Peel Treatments
• Principles and Practice of Subcutaneous Skin Booster Injections
• (Optional pathways may also include mesotherapy and fat reduction depending on provider)

These units are designed to build both clinical knowledge and practical competence in advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
